Goaltender Power Skating

RSG will be offering a 6-week Goaltender Power Skating for 2022.

Sessions will be once a week.  Sessions are tentatively scheduled for Wednesday

evenings during May & June, 2019 (subject to ice availability).

Skating is a vital and fundamental skill that goaltenders must

master if they are improve and be successful at the position.

This program focuses on developing a goaltender's skating ability

by working on form, balance, power, speed, agility and edge work

RSG2 (Advanced) / RSG3 (High Performance) Group

Maximum 12 Goalies

6 - 1 hr On Ice Sessions

$350 plus hst
